How do I pay for items?

We use Stripe for secure payments. You can pay using credit/debit cards or other supported payment methods. All transactions are protected by our secure payment system.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We have a buyer protection policy. If the item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll help resolve the issue.

Can I negotiate prices?

Sellers do not pay any commission fees to sell on Restoked.
